Whether you’re fitting in a workout before breakfast, heading to a Pilates class after work, or carving out time to unwind in the spa, the refreshed Health Club at Soho House Berlin brings together fitness, recovery and wellbeing together under one roof.

Spanning 4,703 sq ft, the newly updated space has been reimagined to support every kind of training style and routine. From strength and conditioning to hybrid workouts, Reformer Pilates and recovery, the Health Club now offers more ways for members to move, train, unwind, connect, and recharge throughout the day.

At the heart of the Health Club is an upgraded gym floor featuring the latest Technogym cardio and strength equipment, alongside new dedicated training zones designed to make every workout more dynamic. A BLK BOX rig and turf area create a purpose-built space for functional and hybrid training, while endurance equipment from Concept2 supports everything from performance-focused sessions to everyday conditioning.

The fitness studio, with views across the city to the iconic Berliner Fernsehturm, is home to a daily schedule of signature classes centred around three core pillars: Restore, Form, and Power. Alongside our signature Barre Sculpt, Yoga, Floor 4, ATHX and hybrid classes, the gym also offers Reformer Pilates, with one-to-one Pilates sessions, personal training, and small group coaching also available for those looking for a more tailored approach.

But training is only part of the experience. At Soho Health Club, recovery is given equal importance, and the latest updates reflect our growing focus on holistic wellbeing: a post-workout recovery area offers space to stretch, mobilise, and reset after a session.

And for moments when you need a deeper reset, head down to the Soho Health Club spa on the lower ground floor. Here, a menu of signature massages, facials, and beauty treatments complete the experience, making it easy to move seamlessly from workout to recovery in a single visit.
